    To become register, fill out this form completely. Be sure to read the Terms & Conditions in Section 3. This process takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Once completed, you will receieve an email confimation, and the information provided will be used to contact you with the next steps.

      By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements to work in the United States. If the company discovers that you are not eligible to work in the U.S., have active warrants, are currently on probation, or are a fugitive from justice, or have current criminal history that is determined by the Management to be unfit to work, you will be automatically disqualified from the event and any associated work.

    • PHOENIX SECURITY TRANSPORTATION POLICY 2025

      The following expectations are set for anyone traveling in a company-provided vehicle. These rules are mandatory and apply to all individuals using the vehicle. Non-compliance with any of these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including immediate dismissal from the trip, and responsibility for your own transportation back to the original departure point.

      1. Packing and Personal Belongings

      • -Pack Light: Bring only a small bag for the trip. Avoid large suitcases or excessive luggage. Be prepared with just the essentials.
      • -Secure Your Belongings: Ensure that all personal belongings are locked up and safely stored during the trip. Keep valuables out of sight when the vehicle is unattended.

      2. Legal and Safety Compliance

      • -No Illegal Substances: You are prohibited from carrying, consuming, or purchasing any illegal controlled substances or alcoholic beverages during the trip. This includes, but is not limited to:
        • Marijuana (even in states where it is legal)
        • Cocaine
        • Heroin
        • Methamphetamines
        • Unlicensed prescription medications
      • -No Firearms or Weapons: You are not permitted to have firearms, tasers, pepper spray, or any other weapons in the vehicle, including concealed carry weapons or anything that could be classified as a weapon under state or federal law.

      3. Violation of Policy

      • -Subject to Search: If the company vehicle policy is violated, you will be subject to a search of your person and belongings. This search is necessary to ensure the policy has not been ignored or violated.
      • -Consequences of Policy Violation: If any policy is broken during travel, the following will occur:
        • Immediate Dismissal: You will be immediately interviewed and dismissed from the trip.
        • Transportation Responsibility: You will be responsible for your own transportation back to the original departure point. The company vehicle will not be used for any detours or deviations from the planned route.
        • Forfeit of Expenses and Payment: If dismissed due to a policy violation, you will forfeit all expenses, allowances, and payment related to the trip. No compensation will be provided for the duration of the trip once dismissed.

      4. Etiquette and Conduct

      • -Respectful Behavior: Maintain professionalism and do not engage in arguments or conflicts with co-workers. A respectful attitude is required at all times during the trip.
      • -Personal Hygiene: Ensure that you arrive at the vehicle clean and well-groomed, with no body odor, smoke, or marijuana odors. Proper hygiene and a professional appearance are essential for the comfort of everyone in the vehicle.

      5. Punctuality and Preparedness

      • -On-Time Departure: Late arrivals will not be tolerated. It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on time for the vehicle's scheduled departure. If you are going to be late, immediately text your manager or office to notify them.
      • -No Detours: The company vehicle will not make detours for personal stops or to accommodate forgotten items. You are expected to come fully prepared for the trip. No exceptions.
      • -Stay with the Group: When the vehicle stops for fuel or breaks, remain with the group. Do not wander off to dispensaries or other locations.
      • -No Dispensary Visits: Even in states where marijuana dispensaries are legal, you are not permitted to stop at any dispensaries during the trip.

      6. Company Vehicle Cleanliness

      • -Clean Up Your Area: When the company vehicle arrives at the destination, you are required to immediately remove your personal items from the vehicle and ensure that your area is clean.
      • -Cleanliness is a Priority: The company vehicle must be kept clean and free of any items such as:
        • Food containers
        • Wrappers
        • Bottles
        • Other trash or personal belongings
      • It is your responsibility to leave your seat area and any shared spaces in the vehicle tidy and ready for the next person to use.

      7. Respect the Driver of the Company Vehicle

      • -Respect and Cooperation: You must respect the driver of the company vehicle at all times. Do not argue, fight, complain, or create a hostile environment for the driver at any point during the trip.
      • -Driver Authority: The driver has full authority over all passengers in the vehicle. If the driver feels that safety or company policy has been violated, they have the right to dismiss any passenger from the vehicle immediately, without exception.

      By following these expectations, you help ensure a safe, smooth, and professional experience for everyone involved. Non-compliance with these policies will result in immediate dismissal from the trip, with the individual being responsible for their own transportation and forfeiting all trip-related compensation.

    • PERSONAL VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION POLICY 2025

      Employees and contractors who choose to drive their own vehicle to a company event are expected to adhere to the following guidelines. These rules ensure the safety, accountability, and professionalism of all participants, as well as the protection of company property.

      1. Arrival and Check-in

      -Arrive Early: Employees and contractors must arrive at the event location a minimum of 4 hours before the shift begins to ensure adequate time for check-in and preparation.

      -Check-in with Admin: Upon arrival, employees and contractors must check in with the designated company administrator before entering the event. At check-in, employees/contractors must provide the following details: Vehicle make, model, color, and license plate number, and a list of all passengers in the vehicle, including their first and last names.

      2. Vehicle Parking and Security

      -Designated Parking: Employees and contractors are required to park their vehicle only in the designated parking area assigned for the event. Parking outside of this area is prohibited.

      -No Driving Around the Event: Once employees or contractors arrive at the event, they are not allowed to drive around the event site. All vehicle movement should be limited to the designated parking area.

      -Secure Your Vehicle: Employees and contractors must keep their vehicle’s doors locked and take responsibility for securing any personal belongings inside the vehicle at all times.

      3. Vehicle Maintenance and Condition

      -Maintenance Responsibility: Employees and contractors are responsible for maintaining their vehicle in good working condition to prevent any damage to the parking area. This includes ensuring there are no oil leaks, and that the vehicle is mechanically sound to avoid breakdowns.

      -Damage Prevention: Any damage caused by neglecting vehicle maintenance, such as oil leaks or broken-down vehicles, will be the responsibility of the employee or contractor.

      4. Driver’s License and Accountability

      -Valid Driver’s License: Employees and contractors must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license and must provide a copy upon request. Driving without a valid license is not permitted.

      -Accountability for Passengers: If the employee or contractor has any passengers in their vehicle, they must take full responsibility for their behavior throughout the event and ensure that all passengers are accounted for at check-in.

      5. Legal Compliance

      -No Illegal Items: Employees and contractors are prohibited from having any illegal substances or contraband in their vehicle or on their person, including but not limited to:

      -Marijuana

      -Cocaine

      -Heroin

      -Methamphetamines

      -Unlicensed prescription medications

      -Alcoholic beverages (unless otherwise permitted)

      -No Storage of Contraband or Alcohol: Employees and contractors are not allowed to use their vehicle for storage of contraband or alcoholic beverages at any time during the event.

      -Legal Compliance: Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the event and potential legal consequences.

      6. Fuel and Self-Sufficiency

      -Fuel Responsibility: The company will not provide fuel for employees or contractors’ personal vehicles. They must ensure that their vehicle has adequate fuel for the event and are fully self-sufficient in terms of their vehicle’s needs.

      7. Movement and Site Access

      -Communication Required for Leaving Site: Employees and contractors are not allowed to leave the event site at any time during the event without prior communication. If they need to leave for any reason, they must obtain permission from the admin before departing.

      -Stay Within Designated Areas: Employees and contractors must remain within the designated areas at all times. Any movement outside these areas must be approved by the admin.

      8. No Pets or Unapproved Passengers

      -No Pets: No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the vehicle or on the event premises.

      -No Unauthorized Passengers: Employees and contractors are not allowed to bring anyone who is not working with them to the event. If they choose to bring a friend or family member just to bypass a security checkpoint, all parties will be immediately evicted from the site upon discovery.

      9. Search Policy

      -Search of Personal Vehicles and Belongings: All personal vehicles, belongings, and individuals are subject to search upon entry to the event site. This includes any personal items or equipment that may be brought to the event. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate removal from the event.

      10. Consequences for Policy Violations

      -Dismissal and Eviction: Violating any part of this policy will result in immediate dismissal and eviction from the site. Individuals found in violation will forfeit all payment for the event and will not be allowed to re-enter the event even if they attempt to purchase a

I affirm that all information I have provided is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge, and I have not purposely provided any false information. I understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in dismissal, eviction from the event, and other consequences as outlined in the guidelines.
