Stall Bookings for East Coast Pride
  • Stall Bookings for East Coast Pride

  • Each pitch holder must supply and provide their own Gazebo, Weights, Table and Chairs. They'll also be responsible for providing a Risk Assessment and Public Liability Insurance. Food Vendors will be asked to provide more information as part of the booking process to comply with fire safety, food hygiene and trading regulations.

As part of our commitment to the East Coast, Food Market Vendors and Ice Cream & Drinks Van Vendors will given primary consideration if their business location is within 25 miles from our host town Skegness until the end of March 2025. After this, all businesses will be given equal consideration.

We aim to respond regarding your booking request within 10 working days.

  •  Terms and Conditions

    • Bookings are for the pitch only. All stallholders must provide their tables, chairs, coverings, gazebos and anything else they may require.
    • All stallholders must have public liability insurance and a risk assessment that covers the East Coast Pride date. You will need to send evidence to us, you are fully liable for the activities on your stall and any accidents or incidents on your stall. East Coast Pride is not responsible or liable for any accident or incident on your stall. East Coast Pride will inspect these documents during the booking process and may request evidence on the day of the event. Failure to comply with your risk assessment, or if our team deem you do not have the correct equipment, you will be turned away with no refund.
    • All Food Stallholders must have a minimum of a 4 out of 5 Food Hygiene record at the time of booking and the event on Saturday 13th, September 2025. If you failure to maintain this standard, you will be turned away, and the booking is non-refundable.
    • Stallholders may set up on Saturday 13th, September 2025, between 7:30 am and 10:00 am. All vehicles must be removed from the site no later than 10:00 am on Saturday, 13th September. Vehicles can be parked in one of the nearby public car parks.
    • East Coast Pride Park Stage runs from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday, 13th September 2025. Stallholders are expected to stay for the duration. There will be no exception to this rule unless an emergency arises on the day.
    • No vehicles will be allowed on or off the East Coast Pride (including vehicle movements of pre-agreed vehicles situated as part of the pitch) site between 10:00 am and 8:30 pm. This rule will have no exceptions, not even in an emergency.
    • It is not possible to reserve spaces. You will be placed where we decide to put you. Stalls are allocated to pitches shortly before the event, and the organiser’s decision is final.
    • Bookings are non-refundable. A refund will only be provided if the event is cancelled.
    • All types of stalls can be part of East Coast Pride, and charities/community groups are especially welcome. However, please note that we cannot accept bookings from alcohol suppliers.
    • All stallholders must share our ethos and vision for a world in which all people can be themselves, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, and live free of discrimination simply for being who they are.
    • Invoices must be paid within 30 days; until the invoice is paid, no booking is confirmed. East Coast Pride reserves the right to refuse any stall that sells or provides services which do not align with our values as an organisation.  We also reserve the right to refuse any stall that competes with established businesses in the Skegness area.
    • East Coast Pride reserves the right to share your information with the East Lindsey Event Safety Advisory Group (ELESAG) as part of our ongoing planning process. We may also need to share your information with parties including, but not limited to, our insurers and other local authorities.
