🎭 **Important Warters Academy Updates – With a Sprinkle of Fun!** 🎭
We are incredibly lucky to be based in a real working theatre – how cool is that?! This does mean the building is always busy, with technicians and theatre staff working in different areas, so it’s super important that all students listen carefully to our tutors. That way everyone knows exactly what they’re doing and stays safe while having fun!
Occasionally if the theatre has a booking that affects the timings of our stageschool we tend to relocate for that session only. The location tends to be shared within that week to our whatsapp group chat.
🚪 **Drop Off & Pick Up**
All children must be dropped off and collected from the front door of the theatre. A new business is moving in downstairs and their exit and entrance points will be from the back of the building. Please support your childs safety by ensuring you and your child understand the front door is collection point.
If your child is in Year 4 or above, they can arrive and leave independently, as long as, parent permission has been given. Hayley Warters must be given written permission.
If you arrive late and the door is locked, please call **07865948087**.
👕 **Uniform & Merchandise**
T-shirts and hoodies are available to purchase – please contact Hayley for prices and info. We do have a Facebook page and the website to purchase tshirts are Kat-evacreations.com
Uniform is now becoming our official rule! We’d like all students to wear their **Warters Academy T-shirt/Hoodie** to each session. This helps us keep a professional, unified look (and honestly… everyone looks amazing together on stage!) plus it really helps with promo photos and videos.
👟 **What to Wear**
No jeans, skirts or dresses please.
Comfy shoes only – no sandals or flip flops – to keep everyone safe from slips or injuries.
🍎 **Snacks**
Snacks can only be eaten during break time and must be eaten on the stage area to help us keep the theatre clean. Our lovely cleaner works incredibly hard on her own to look after the auditorium, so this really helps her out! For some reason some of our children like to bring in a FULL LUNCHBOX! Each to their own... However please be aware break times are only around 5 - 10 minutes.
📅 **Attendance**
If your child can’t attend a session, please let the tutors know in the WhatsApp group.

At Warters Academy, we are a team. We celebrate each other, support each other, and lift each other up. Bullying, unkind behaviour, or making others feel uncomfortable is **not** accepted here – everyone deserves to feel safe, welcome and confident.
