True Trading Group Live Stream Giveaway

Terms, Conditions, and Rules
Effective Date: March 16, 2025

By participating in the True Trading Group (TTG) Live Stream Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms, Conditions, and Rules:

1. Eligibility
Non-Members Only: Open exclusively to individuals who have never been paid non-trial members of TTG. Former trial members who never converted to paid membership are eligible.

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Providing false information about your age will result in disqualification.
Residency: The Giveaway is open globally, subject to local laws and regulations.
No Purchase Necessary:

You are not required to purchase or join TTG to enter or win.

Bonus Entries (Optional):

Sign up for an annual TTG membership on March 16, 2025, to receive an additional 5 entries.

Sign up for an annual TTG membership between March 17 and March 23, 2025 (at least 7 days before the final live stream), to receive an additional 3 entries.

Sign up for a trial membership with TTG between March 17 & March 23, 2025 & receive an additional 1 entry. This additional entry is void if you have ever been a trial of TTG in the past.

Exclusions: TTG employees, affiliates, agents, immediate family members, current members, and past paid non-trial members are not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway runs from March 2–30, 2025.

Participants must attend or review the live streams at 6:30 PM ET on:

March 2, 2025 (done)

March 9, 2025 (done)

March 16, 2025 (current)

March 23, 2025

March 30, 2025

Participants may register at any time up to 7 days before the final live stream (by March 23, 2025).

3. How to Participate
Register by confirming your age, entering your full name, and verifying your email address and phone number.

Attend or review all five free YouTube live streams listed above and retain the unique codewords announced during each session.

The winner will be randomly selected on March 30, 2025. The selected winner must provide all five codewords immediately upon selection.

4. Prize
Winning the Giveaway does not provide a free TTG membership, nor are you required to join or purchase anything to claim or retain the prize.

Prize: A trading computer setup valued at $4,500 (specific hardware/software determined by TTG). Upon verifying you have won, True Trading Group will need approximately 30 business days for shipping or handling but may require up to 90 days in some circumstances.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes and providing accurate shipping information.

5. Winner Selection and Verification
The winner will be selected via random drawing on March 30, 2025.
The selected winner must immediately provide all five codewords. Failure to provide correct codewords or meet eligibility criteria results in disqualification, and another winner will be selected.

The winner must respond within 3 minutes of notification on the March 30, 2025 livestream to finalize prize delivery details & provide codewords.

6. Communication Consent
By participating, you consent to receive emails, phone calls or text messages from TTG regarding the Giveaway, membership & live streams.
You may opt out at any time, but doing so will disqualify you from the Giveaway.

7. Privacy
Your personal information will only be used for Giveaway administration purposes in accordance with TTG's Privacy Policy: https://truetradinggroup.com/privacy-policy/.

8. General Rules
Participants must adhere to all rules. Cheating, manipulation, or attempts to circumvent rules will result in disqualification.
Participants are responsible for resolving their own technical issues related to participation.

TTG reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or disqualify participants. TTG also reserves the right to withhold the prize if a participant cheats, provides false information, behaves threateningly, or negatively impacts TTG and its community.

9. Limitation of Liability
TTG is not responsible for any losses, damages, or technical failures related to Giveaway participation.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from this Giveaway will be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.

Participants waive their right to lawsuits and class actions. Disputes must be handled individually.

Arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.

13. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced live and shared on TTG's social media. The winner must be present during the live stream, have all five codewords ready, and call a separate phone number provided on-screen within exactly 3 minutes of announcement. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and another participant will be randomly selected. This process continues until a qualified winner is confirmed.
