For in-person appointments: Deposits are non-refundable due to the fact that I decline other engagements when I book with you. A cancellation fee of at least half the remaining balance will be asked as a courtesy for any sessions that are canceled within 10 days of the appointment time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of our appointment time or are a no-show, you will be required to pay the full remaining balance. If you are able to reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment date after paying the cancellation fee, it will be honored and not affect the remaining balance. For virtual appointments: Payment is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will need to pay a cancellation fee of $50. If you can reschedule within 30 days of our appointment time, the $50 cancellation fee will be honored as an additional 15 minutes to our time together.
