* The proposal will be reviewed by the education committee
* If accepted, an agreement between the speaker and WDONC will be emailed.
* The speaker agrees to submit the PowerPoint and visual aids two weeks before the session to be reviewed and distributed by attendees.
* A review with a member of the education committee may be scheduled after the visual aid submission to ensure the program meets the expectations of the learner outcomes agreed upon.
* The speaker assures that the information presented is their own, has all necessary copyright information and rights for the content, descriptions, images, and other information presented.
