Terms and Conditions for Relentless Lion Marquez Training.

1. Following the program provided will be essential to the success of this collaboration. Failure to do so with precision will delay or prevent you from obtaining the results desired. William Marquez cannot be held accountable for any injury/accident or health issues, which there will always be a possibility for, when training. In participating, you do so at your own risk.

2. No program will be supplied until the client questionnaire form has been submitted and the payment has been processed.

3(a). FULL PAYMENTS: Payment submitted three or more days past the due date will incur a 15% late fee, which must be paid in full to maintain training.

3(b). PARTIAL PAYMENTS: If training fees are paid in installments, you agree to fulfill the full payment for the month. Payments submitted one or more days late will incur a 20% late fee, which must be paid in full to continue training.

4. Results are subject to your commitment and consistency.

5. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical/health issues, which need to be taken into consideration.

6. No claims can be made against William Marquez for any loss, damage, injury, or health problems that may arise directly or indirectly from the program provided.

7. Please allow 4 weeks of consistency in order to provide an opportunity to see results.

8. William Marquez does not claim to be a medical or psychological expert, therefore is not permitted to diagnose any injuries or illnesses.

9. Once training has begun, no refund will be provided in case of cancellation due to any kind of setback or lack of consistency.

10. To discontinue training, you must notify William Marquez at least one full billing cycle in advance (30 day notice). Without proper notice, the following month's payment will still be required, as all training and app fees are billed on a month-to-month basis.
