Hello Vendors! We are excited to announce our 2nd annual all ages and family friendly event WESFEST, which is scheduled to take place on August 2nd, 2025 at Buckingham Gold & Country Club in Kelseyville, CA. WESFEST is a music festival that will feature many different genres of music, local showcases of arts, food, drink, and community. With limited spaces available, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION NO LATER THAN MARCH 31st, 2025 FOR REVIEW. If interested, please complete the application below. GENERAL OVERVIEW

1. Vendors MUST furnish their own tables, chairs, signage, products, water, etc. Set-up may begin as early as 7AM, no later than 9AM Festival morning and vendors must operate until SELL OUT or end of event.

2. Vendors MUST bring inverted generators for your electrical needs along with any electrical cords necessary for your booth.

3. Vendors are responsible for COMPLETE clean-up of their space following the event including trash, please leave no trace. (A dumpster will be located on festival grounds for disposal) Please bring your own trash receptacles.

4. WESFEST does not allow political booths or candidate's campaigning. Items include but not limited to: stickers, or clothing displaying vulgar or caustic political or sexual language attacking or demeaning an individual or group will not be allowed.

5. ALL Vendors selling anything must have a valid California sellers' permit and ALL food Vendors must comply with the Lake County Health Department regulations.

6. Applications must be submitted no later than March 31st, 2025.
