High School Prom: Please note that this event is only for 2024.25 enrolled students grades 9-12. Only grades 11-12 may bring a guest.

Where: Trails End Farm 1821 Barker Road Thompsons Station, TN 37179

When: Friday, April 11th 630-1030pm

Heavy hors d'eouvres* and refreshments will be served.

Students and guests are encouraged to make/bring their own mask for this masquerade themed prom.

Cost: Earlybird tickets are $65 each from March 17-27th @ midnight. Price goes up on tickets ordered to $75 each March 28-April 10th. Once we reach capacity prom ticket ordering will close. In the event we do not reach capacity, all prom ticket ordering will close on April 10th @midnight.

*The bulk of our food will be catered by J Alexander's.

WHCT asks that all students attending the WHCT Spring Formal abide by the WHCT Student Honor Code. If your behavior is unbecoming of any of the following points, you will be asked to leave the event immediately without refund of your ticket.

The following points are taken directly from the Student Honor Code. Check the box that you have read each statement and each Student attending should sign their name below.
Students are to utilize designated gender appropriate restrooms only. At no time should students be wandering through any other part of the grounds. Students should show respect at all times to the property of our host. This includes cleaning up after themselves.*

WHCT will not tolerate students participating in tobacco, nicotine, alcohol, drugs or vaping. Weapons of any kind will not be permitted at WHCT events. Any act or threat of violence will not be tolerated.*

In regard to relationships, we ask students to treat one another warmly and make every effort to never exclude others. Students should show respect to tutors, parent volunteers and fellow students at all times. Students should avoid participating in gossip or criticism concerning another person.*
