Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another session. Deposits are per person and will hold your spot for Fall Camp 2025.

If the lodging option you chose has filled up, please indicate if you would like to be placed on the wait list for Fall Camp 2025.
Which lodging option would you like? [ON-SITE LODGING IS FULL, OFF-SITE at a nearby hotel or limited on-site RV/tent camping is available.
Once your registration form has been submitted and reviewed, if the option you have chosen is available, an invoice for your $200 per person deposit will be sent. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the option you have chosen is not available, you will be emailed and placed on a wait list.
Please provide additional information here. If you have a specific building you would like to be in or specific room, indicate that below and I will do my best to accommodate you. If you only want a specific building and no other option, please let me know so that I can put you on the wait list if I am unable to fulfill your request. The more flexible you are, the better the chance of getting an on-site room.
