  This form is designed to gather essential information for your home cinema design. Some questions may be followed up via email. Please be aware of the following conditions:
  1. Seating Placement: Placing people on boundaries and against walls is not ideal
  2. Changes and Variations: If there are changes to your design choices after we have started drafting based on this brief, we reserve the right to provide a fee proposal for the additional work required. Incorrect or incomplete information may also necessitate extra time and amendments, which will be covered by a fee proposal.
  3. Fee Proposal Agreement: Failure to agree to and pay for the variation fee proposal will result in a stop-work order. We will hand over the work completed to date and refund an appropriate amount as we deem fit.
