Before requesting a library, it’s important to ensure your community is prepared to uphold Chitral Rising’s core values of inclusivity, democracy, secularity, and shared responsibility. We partner with villages that can contribute in meaningful ways—such as offering land, building materials, or community support—to help create a library that will serve generations to come. A dedicated plot of land is a necessary first step in this process. If your village has land to pledge and is ready to invest in its future, fill out the form to apply.
