16-Week Program: Med Feb to Jun 1st week
- Final Half-Marathon race on first Sat of June (Dream Mile race event)
- Runners and Walkers welcome.
- Power-Walking Program and Speed Training to cover diverse interest from beginners to experienced runners
- Mental Resilience program (Optional)
- Build your endurance, speed and fitness level
- Personalized attention as needed.
- Accomplish your goal injury-free.
- Training for 15 Years with over 950 HM completions (as of Jun 2025)
- Train with highly experienced coaches offering tailored guidance, along with optional Power Walking, Speed Training and Mental Resiliency programs.

The program offers a 2-week risk-free trial period:
- Experience the program and ensure it is a good fit.
- These two weeks encompass several sessions covering:
- 2+ Sundays run/walk training session led by Coaches
- 5+ Weekday run/walk led by local Mentors
- 3+ Strength Training sessions led by Coaches
- Speed Training time trial
- Mental Resilience kick-off
