16-Week Training Program
Highlights:
- Train to Run or Power-Walk - build your endurance.
- Beginners are welcome (~40% of our Traininees never ran).
- Speed Training for Experienced runners and beginners welcome
- Strength Training - builds your fitness and finish Injury-free
- Mental Resilience Program with Dr Anu Singh is an added Bonus.
- You get a Two-week risk-free trial.
Starts in Mid-February, culminating in the Half Marathon race in May last week or June first week.
Train with highly experienced coaches and mentors, imparting over 150 hours of training, build your endurance, speed and fitness level, along with personalized attention, helping accomplish your goal injury-free. You can also participate in optional Speed Training and Mental Resilience programs.
