2. The main plot centers around individuals falling in love and struggling to make the relationship work? A writer can include as many subplots as they want as long as the love story is the main focus of the novel. (Or is parallel to the main plot).

3. If your book is erotic romance—are your sex scenes essential to the romantic relationship progression? This is different from erotica. An example: In omegaverse, bonding might occur during sex. The sex scene must be shown/detailed as a result.

I will send your manuscript back using the 'add comments' feature. I may also use track changes to point anything out in the text itself. (A developmental edit does not include line editing for grammar and punctuation, but I still may point things out for you in minor ways).
