By submitting this waiver, I hereby certify that everyone related to or who came in my party, whether designated by purchasing tickets for or traveling with the submitter of this form, will be covered under this waiver. I am responsible for ensuring that all individuals in my party understand and agree to the terms of this waiver.
I acknowledge the risk of illness and injury associated with the exercise, physical fitness, or athletic event at Adventure Sports. I hereby waive and release Adventure Sports and Entertainment and LPA Ruthless Sports, LLC, its officers, directors, agents, and other associated organizations participating in this event, from any and all claims, costs, liabilities, expenses, or judgments, including attorney’s fees and court costs (herein, collectively “Claims”), arising out of our participation in the aforementioned event or any illness, injury, and/or death resulting therefrom.
I understand and acknowledge that individuals in my party may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise captured during the event. I grant Adventure Sports and LPA Ruthless Sports, LLC, and their authorized representatives the right to use their likeness and/or voice in photographs, videos, and audio recordings for promotional, marketing, or other purposes.
By submitting this waiver, I also consent to receive SMS and email marketing communications from Adventure Sports, LPA Ruthless Sports, LLC, and Onlysports.Live, including event updates, promotions, and related information. I understand that I can opt out of these communications at any time by following the provided instructions.
