This BFI Film Audience Network Equality Monitoring Form is intended to help us track the impact and reach of our FAN funding.

The data captured in this form will go straight to the BFI to be collated anonymously.

FAN and the British Film Institute are committed to empowering everyone to develop a meaningful relationship with screen culture, regardless of their background or circumstance. Socioeconomic Background
