You agree to pay a one-time annual fee of $800.00 for parking beginning August 1, 2025 and ending July 31, 2026. Pirate Parking will provide one adhesive decal that must be placed on the rear window of the vehicle on the driver side. The decal MUST be clearly visible. If a replacement sticker is required, it must be purchased . Pirate Parking assumes no liability for damage to or theft of the vehicle and/or any personal injury related to the use of the paid parking.
By Signing below the undersigned hereby acknowledges the Parking Lease Agreement between Pirate Parking, LLC and the party listed below, for parking at 1104 E. 10th St. or Charles Boulevard Parking lot.
I further acknowledge that Pirate Parking, LLC will not be held liable for theft or accidents while parking. Upon receipt of payment and submission of this form, the obligation of this lease agreement will go into effect immediately and will allow for parking between August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026. You are responsible for obtaining and displaying a parking permit sticker on the rear window/driver side of
the vehicle. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. Any vehicle parked in another area, such as along the curb, in unlined spaces and handicapped or handicapped accessible areas will be subject to towing. Any vehicle that is improperly parked and takes up more than one spot will be towed at the owner's expense.
All vehicles must have current tags and inspection stickers as well as must be fully operational. Any vehicles with expired tags, no license plate or obviously inoperable will be towed at the owner’s expense. You will receive one parking decal for the duration of the term of this agreement. If you lose your parking
decal at any point, you are required to obtain a new decal for a fee of $50 or are subject to towing at your expense.
Towing will be enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will not stop towing for holidays or during any season unless otherwise stated by Pirate Parking, LLC. If you get towed, you will need to contact.
