    Whether you're expecting your first baby or adding to your growing family, our Childbirth Education Class is here to support you every step of the way! We cover key topics like pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, parenthood, and partner support. These free, community-centered classes are a great way to prepare for baby, ask questions, and connect with local resources.

    Classes are offered at two locations in Tallahassee:

    📍Old Bainbridge (Roberts & Stevens):
    1515 Old Bainbridge Road
    - 1st Monday of every month | ⏰ 5:15 – 6:15 PM
    - 4th Saturday of the month at the Health Department (with two sessions at 8:00 AM & 10:00 AM, plus community resources tabling)

    📍Southside (Richard & Lewis Medical Center):
    872 West Orange Avenue
    -  2nd Tuesday of every month (Baby Basics) | ⏰ 10:00 – 11:00 AM

    Registration is encouraged for material prep—but walk-ins are always welcome!
