    Individual rentals have access to the dining room which is equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator for the use of all guests. Special Retreat Rate is $75 for both nights per room, double occupancy. Payment is made upon checkout online using a credit card.

  • By submitting this request, you agree that if this reservation is confirmed, you hereby agree to accept and abide by the rules and regulations.

    Check-in time is no earlier than 3pm on the day of your arrival/first night's stay.  Check-out is no later than 11am on the day of your departure, unless other arrangements have been made with the Neumann Center Manager.  Entry is through the front door using a keypad.  All exterior doors must be locked at all times. The front door with an entrance code must be used for all entering and exiting.

    Parking is allowed on the street, in front of the center, or in the church parking lot.  NO PARKING is allowed at the back of the building or blocking the gate.

    The Dining Room is available for your use. Guests may use the small refrigerator and microwave in the dining room. 

    Recycling. We invite you to practice care for God’s creation, our Common Home by recycling when possible. Blue bins are located in the Dining Room. Items accepted for recycling include: plastic bottles , cups, jugs and containers; aluminum and steel cans; glass bottles and jars, paper and cardboard. Please empty the liquid before placing it in the recycle bin. Plastic bags are not accepted, nor are paper napkins, used paper cups and plates.

    The Kitchen (incl. appliances and equipment) and Community Room (large room at the end of the hall may not be used during your visit. This is reserved for specific meetings.

    • Please remember this is a Catholic retreat center and be respectful of the surroundings and your fellow tenants.
    • Be courteous and respectful. Always remember that you (or your group are) not the only visitors occupying the center.
    • Adjacent to the Neumann Center is Trinity Catholic School. Use of the fields, basketball court and pavilion is not permitted from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. This includes during the summer months. 
    • Wi-Fi is available.  Information to connect is in the front entrance.  The large TV in the community room may not be used.
    •  Registered Guests/Visitors are required to refrain from loud noises, conversations, and music, especially from the hours of 8:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. EST.
    • Bothersome or illegal use of the premises may result in eviction at the discretion of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
    • The use of alcohol or any controlled substance by tenants, visitors or guests is prohibited.
    • All non-registered guests must not be in the building between the hours of 8:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. EST.
    • No smoking. The entire property is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the building. Open flames or fires, including candles, are prohibited.
    • No keys - none of the guest rooms are supplied with keys.  Please ensure that you do not lock your bedroom door when leaving.

    Exit Checklist

    At the end of your stay at the St. John Neumann Retreat Center property, please ensure that the below are completed.

    1. Remove used sheets from the bed, and place all items in the pillowcase. Please leave the comforter folded on the bed. Place the filled pillowcase(s) outside the door of your bedroom with towels and washcloths on top. 
    2. Ensure you have taken all your belongings (including chargers, cords, etc.) with you.
    3. Any equipment, furniture, etc. are replaced in the original location prior to use.
    4. All windows are closed and locked.
    5. Bedroom doors are left open.
    6. A/C and heat are turned off in rooms, if applicable.
    7. Any appliances used are cleaned and turned off.
    8. Clean all tables, chairs, coffee pots, etc. used.
    9. NO items brought into the building are to be left. Remove all items brought to the premises, including food, paper supplies, perishables/non-perishables, etc.
    10. Bedroom lights are turned off.
    11. Report all maintenance issues to the Neumann Center office, (850) 224-2941, (leave voicemail if necessary).
    12. All spills are cleaned when they occur.
    13. Waste is placed in proper trash containers.
    14. Recyclable items are placed in the blue recycling bins.
