We hope, with your help, this will be an incredibly successful fundraiser!

Please read the important information below:

All items must be labeled with your First and Last Name, the title of your dish, whether it is Meat/Dairy/Parve and any allergens.
We will have a pack of labels and pens when you get here in case you forgot to label. Food must be visible, so it can't have a foil covering. Feel free to spruce it up and platter it/wrap it nicely! Soups and liquid items must be in clear takeout containers. 

Feel free to bring multiple items. Please fill out a seperate form for each item. 

NO PRE FROZEN COOKED FOOD. This is in case someone buys the item and wants to freeze it. We don't want double freezing as this can cause food poisoning.

Submissions are accepted until 11 pm on Wednesday, March 19th.

Drop off:
Thursday afternoon between 5-7:15pm at the YIWH
Kiddush Room

Shopping will not begin before 7:30pm

 

KASHRUT INFORMATION:
All ingredients must have an acceptable kashrut symbol. Some acceptable kashrut symbols include OU, OK, Star K and Chof K.

Like any bake sale, there is no rabbinic oversight of the items being made.
