2025 Dogs' Day in the Park Vendor Registration Form
Join our Sanctuary for Life at our largest event of the year on August 16, 2025 from 10AM to 4PM at the Marge Goodfellow Park in New Freedom, PA!

This event features vendors, rescue organizations, games, contests, demonstrations, food and more, all while raising funds and awareness for Animal Rescue, Inc.

IMPORTANT:
- A 10x10 booth is $60. A 10x20 booth is $100. For food vendors, you may select the $60 booth fee, but we do ask for a suggested 10% of proceeds from the event. Non-profit booths are $15. Your booth fee is non-refundable.
- Independent consultant booths are limited. Contact us to see if you're eligible to attend.
- Each vendor will have the ability to drive up to their event space that morning with ONE vehicle, drop off supplies and then remove their car to a designated area on site. No more than ONE vehicle per vendor will be allowed to enter the vendor area that day. Additional parking can be found around the park area.
- One business per booth, please.
- No smoking at the event.

By electronically signing this form, I understand and agree that Animal Rescue, Inc., its employees and its volunteers are not responsible for any injury, damage or harm that may come to me or anyone in my party, my pets or my material possessions at Dogs' Day in the Park on August 16, 2025 at Marge Goodfellow Park in New Freedom, PA.

I understand that it is recommended but not required that I carry insurance for my business/non-profit organization at this event.

I further understand and agree that Animal Rescue, Inc., its employees and its volunteers are not responsible for determining fault or liability in any disagreement or event between my party and another party.
