ROAR WEEKEND - iRoar² Cubs Registration

We’re excited to offer childcare services during Roar Weekend 2025 to accommodate parents attending the conference!

✅ Age Groups:
👦🏽 4-6 years old
👧🏽 7-12 years old

✅ Availability:
📅 Morning Sessions ONLY – Parents MUST pick up their children for lunch and keep them for the afternoon & evening sessions. Parents MUST Sign their children IN & OUT on TIME!

❌ No PM Childcare – Volunteers will be relieved after the morning sessions.

We want to ensure both parents and children have an amazing, stress-free experience while allowing our volunteers to serve effectively. Please plan accordingly, and we look forward to an impactful weekend for the entire family!

IMPORTANT: The health and safety of all children, families, and staff at the conference AND in iRoar² Cubs is our top priority. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that children do not attend if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

Fever (100.4°F or higher)
Cough, congestion, or runny nose
Sore throat
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Vomiting or diarrhea within the last 24 hours
Unexplained rash or illness
Chills, muscle aches, or extreme fatigue
Loss of taste or smell

If a child exhibits any of these symptoms while in our care, we will kindly ask a parent or guardian to pick them up promptly.
