    Through hands-on time with horses, real conversations, and practical self-care tools, you’ll walk away feeling stronger, calmer, and more supported.

    Wellness Ranch Teen Leadership Horse Camp

    I understand that participation in the Wellness Ranch Teen Leadership Horse Camp, which includes equine-assisted activities, is entirely voluntary. I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the program and understand that participation can be withdrawn at any time by notifying a camp facilitator.

    I recognize that there are inherent risks associated with being around horses and participating in activities on a working ranch, including but not limited to physical injury from animals, uneven terrain, weather conditions, and natural elements.

    By signing this form, I (and my parent/guardian, if I am under 18) agree to assume all risks and hereby release and hold harmless Wellness Ranch Equine Assisted Therapy, its staff, facilitators, volunteers, and affiliated organizations from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
