IF YOU ARE A YOUTH FILLING OUT THIS FORM, YOU NEED TO WAIT UNTIL YOUR ADULT IS AVAILABLE TO GO THROUGH IT WITH YOU.
This program is an exclusive offering to our Middle School Youth Group to have their very own community vegetable garden plot provided by Esoterra Culinary Garden and further facilitated by Boulder County Open Space and Mountain Parks. There will be group community building activities, information about gardening, sustainable farming practicing, pollinators, and many more facets of where our food comes from and how it is processed. All of the produce from this garden will be given to our youth and enjoyed at group!
Please make sure your youth brings the following:
Closed toe shoes (No lightweight shoes, heels, platforms, or “five-finger” types of shoes.) - there are rubber boots available if not appropriate footwear is worn
--A water bottle (We will have extra water.)
--Clothing appropriate for weather conditions (Dress in layers.)
--Work gloves (We will have extra.)
--Backpack or something similar, to carry personal items
-sunblock and bug spray
By filling out our form and the Boulder Open Spaces form, (Click link to access OSMP waiver) your youth will be set for all sessions listed below (every 2nd Monday of each month):
