SFA Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in Stonewall Forest Academy. Only one form is required per family, but please include information for all students that you will be registering.
Enrollment Information – Stonewall Forest Academy

There is no fee to apply. Once your enrollment is finalized, we will request a $150 non-refundable registration fee (per child) to secure your child’s spot. There's also an annual resource fee of $250 per child.

To ensure we can best prepare, please only complete this form if you are seriously interested in attending Stonewall Forest Academy.

Our program runs July through May, Tuesday-Thursday.
Tuition is payable on a monthly basis.

If you have different schedule needs, i.e. you'd prefer 4-days per week, please let us know. This is something we're open to if there's enough demand.
