I further grant the Archdiocese of Winnipeg and the Archdiocese of Saint Boniface, and its representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute and create works of these images and recordings in any media now known or later developed for promoting, publicizing or explaining its activities and for administrative, educational or research purposes. I acknowledge that the Archdiocese of Winnipeg and the Archdiocese of Saint Boniface own all rights to the images and recordings. I hereby release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Archdiocese of Winnipeg and the Archdiocese of Saint Boniface, and its staff; officers, directors, employees and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials. Conditions of Use: This form is valid until another form changing your permission is signed, dated and submitted. We will not include personal details such as email addresses, postal addresses, or telephone numbers on pictures, relating to you in any photographic image and videos on our websites or in printed publications. Your name will only be provided in cases where you may be asked to share your thoughts, what you learned, and/or reflections regarding the event. We will include your first name and at most, the initial of your last name only (i.e. John S., Jane D.). Should your full name be used, you will be contacted for permission. We may use group photographs with general labels, such as `group photo` or `Youth/Young Adult Ministry Group'. We will only use images of those who are suitably dressed, to reduce the risk of such images being used inappropriately.
