Class description

In this 75min open levels class, we will explore the foundations of whacking through different exercises using grooves, drills, movement sequences and history. The goal is to give you tools for you to practice on your own, at the club or at the community sessions and events with confidence, in a supportive and fun environment! Each class is lead by either Mystique or Ellégance (sometimes both!).
