Thank you for considering adoption for one of our parrots. An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. While we like to say that the bird has the final say, our ultimate responsibility is to ensure the best outcome for both the bird and the adopter. Each parrot has unique needs, personality traits, and history, and we carefully assess every placement to ensure a lifelong, successful match. Our priority is the well-being and long-term happiness of our birds, and we reserve the right to deny an adoption if we determine it is not in the bird’s best interest. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to responsible parrot ownership. Next Steps: Once application is approved, we will conduct a home visit or video tour of the home. Then the adopter must schedule a visit to the rescue for a meet and greet, to see if a good match can be made with potential adoptive parrots.
