The Shire of Dardanup Youth Advisory Group (YAG) is proud to present another fantastic day of FREE entertainment, amusements, markets, food trucks and more celebrating Youth Week WA on Saturday April 11

The event will be held at the Glen Houn Oval and Eaton Skate Park .

Seeking Youth Stall Holders
If you’re a young person aged under 25 and make something that can be sold at markets, we want to hear from you! EOI’s are currently open for stall holders at YouthFest 2025. No payment required!

SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GIVE YOU AUTOMATIC APPROVAL FOR THE event.  Applications Close Mar 16 You will be notified AFTER this date

All stallholders to provide their own gazebo, tables etc. Power is NOT available

SW Pop Up Shops reserve the right to refuse any applicant. First preference will be given to local (SW area) stall holders.

A variety of stalls and products are desired across the market. No stallholder has a monopoly on any product or service.

South West Pop Up Shops and Events reserve the right to move vendors on the day and to allocate bays as they see fit to the benefit of all the stall holders and the event.

Further information will be sent out with your acceptance letter and allocation will be sent out a week prior to the event

You will be notified by Mar 26  if you have been successful.

While this is a free event we would appreciate, if you change your mind and decide to not attend once your application has been approved that, please contact me immediately.

If you are a no show on the day no further applicaitons for futre events will be accepted from you.
