Dear future participants of the Jacques Delors Agora,

We are happy that you want to take part in this event!

We kindly ask you to fill in this form with some basic personal information, your motivation to apply to the event, and some questions related to the logistics of the event.

The event will take place from July 8 to 11, 2025, in Barcelona and will bring together 100 young participants from across Europe.

Academia Europea Leadership, Académie Notre Europe, and Scuola di Politiche will welcome the participants in various prestigious institutions in Barcelona, with distinguished guests to discuss and debate the European priorities for the coming years.

Please note:

Everyone is welcome to apply by attaching their CV and a motivation letter in the form. Please note that geographical diversity will be taken into account to ensure representation from as many nationalities as possible at the event.

Participation in the event is free of charge, but participants are expected to cover the costs of their trip to Barcelona and their accommodation. Participants are also expected to contribute a lump sum of €50 to cover expenses related to materials and meals during the event.

You can choose in the application form to let the event organization take care of your accommodation booking for the three nights (July 8-11) at CMU Penyafort-Montserrat (Av. Diagonal 639, Barcelona), in a double room with a shared bathroom, for a cost of €100 (breakfasts included), or to book it on your own.

Meals and Materials

The participation to the event is free of charge but participants will have to cover their own transport and accommodation costs and contribute with a lump sump 50€ for the materials and meals during the event. Concerning the accommodation, you can choose to book your own accommodation or to pay 100€ to stay at CMU Penyafort-Montserrat (Av. Diagonal 639, Barcelona), (3 nights from 8-11 July, breakfasts included) booked by the organization of the event. Total amount of this option:150€

In order to organize an inclusive event and to promote diversity, in line with the social vision of Jacques Delors, we would like to inform you that up to 30% of the participants may benefit from a grant to participate in the event. If you need the organization to cover your accommodation and meals/materials expenses (up to 150€), please attach supporting documentation such as a scholarship certificate, unemployment certificate, Social solidarity Income statements or any other document attesting that you can't participate to the event without our financial support
