Sparking meaningful connections and conversations to combat loneliness
From May 2025, Stu will be hauling a cast iron Royal Mail postbox to the highest point in all 15 national parks across the UK. It’s a simple idea with a big purpose: to remind people they’re not alone, and to create more moments of connection in a world that can feel disconnected.

You can send a postcard to someone you care about, ask for one if you’re feeling low or lonely, or join me on a walk and write one together. Every postcard is a small act of hope and a small step towards feeling more connected, for the person receiving it and for the people sending it too.
