2025-2026 CYSO Recruiting Audition Request Form

Welcome to CYSO's Recruiting Audition Request Form!

Please note that this form is for new applicants only. Current students or students who already submitted a regular 2025-2026 entrance audition video should not fill out this form.

If CYSO can offer you a recruiting audition before next season's auditions, we'll email you at the address you provide below between April and December based on our need for your instrument. We may not be able to offer all students who submit this form a chance to audition, depending on our need for your instrument. If we can't offer you a recruiting audition this season, we'll add you to our Entrance Audition mailing list and contact you if an opportunity to audition arises.
