Dear Parent(s), Family Member(s), and Guardian(s),Thank you for your interest in Alexander Twilight Academy (ATA), a free academic enrichment program for hardworking and high potential Boston-area students. ATA prepares middle school students to gain access to and thrive at top high schools and colleges with scholarships. Learn more at alexandertwilightacademy.org. ATA is enrolling current 5th grade students to begin in summer 2026 who:

- Are highly motivated, hard working, and intellectually tenacious

- Are academically high achieving or are typically leaders and top performers in their class

- Aspire to be kind, compassionate, emotionally intelligent leaders and change-makers in their communities and the larger world

Once you have completed the Family Application and we have confirmed your income eligibility, we will send along the remaining application requirements, which will include:

- The Student Application

- Sending us pictures of your child’s most recent report card- Sending pictures of your child’s IEP/504, if applicable

The Student Application can also be found on our website, if your child would like to get a head start. We will reach out to your child's teacher to secure the Teacher Recommendation.The next two stages of the ATA admissions process –individual and group interviews– are by invitation and start in early March. Your child will not be invited to interview if all application materials are not submitted by the deadline on February 13, 2026. We know that this is a rather long and intensive admissions process, and we greatly appreciate your interest and willingness to give us your time!
