Use this form to request access to items kept in the library stores or gallery. You will need information from the item record on Library Search.

After submitting your request we will check our collections for the requested material and advise on availability and access options of the item within 7 working days. Please note:
- we are unable to provide same-day access to store items
- access is for reference purposes only, borrowing will not be possible.
