Volunteer Event Participation Guidelines
Volunteers will have down time when not assigned to event duties and may participate in activities. Schedules will be done in cycles
Volunteers may only participate in events that will not interfere with the ability to continue on with their assigned schedule.
Camping Guidelines
Camping Area: Volunteers staying on site will be assigned a camping area. Camping package includes, camping space, and meals.
Camp Rules: Volunteers must follow camp rules, including noise restrictions and waste disposal. No ins and outs.
Personal Property: Volunteers are responsible for their own property. The Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Liability
Indemnification: The Volunteer agrees to indemnify the Organizer from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the event.
Force Majeure: The Organizer is not liable for failures due to causes beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.
Agreement Termination
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Los Angeles.
