Good news!
The Primary Property Owner in Good Standing of Your Household Qualifies for 25 Free Pool Credits.
- This incentive is available to our voting members.
- The primary property owner in good standing will be granted 25 complimentary visits to the pool.
Who is the primary property owner? When there are multiple owners, the primary owner is the person whose name is listed first on the deed of record. The primary property owner, along with their joint owner and any dependents recorded in our HOA Management System, will be regarded as a single entity, irrespective of the number of properties they own.
How can we find our primary property owner's credits? If you are in good standing, you’ll find your 25 complimentary credits in the primary property owner's LMOA account by May 24, 2025.
Can household members use the primary property owner's pool credits? Absolutely! You are considered a single entity. Your household members can enjoy the primary property owner's credits as long as they’re registered in our HOA Management System.
Can our guests use our credits? Yes, they can! To illustrate, if you visit the pool and bring along two guests, three credits will be deducted from your total, leaving you with 22 credits for future visits. Guests can also go on their own; however, they must be registered for this to work. To check in, they need to provide the pool staff with the member number, name, and address of the Primary Property Member host, along with an ID that validates the guest's name (driver’s license, credit card, etc.). The pool staff will verify the guest’s registration before granting access. Guests have the option to purchase either a daily visit credit or credit bundles; however, bundles must be applied to the host’s account. They can also use punches from credit bundles owned by their hosts, so please be cautious about sharing your member number to avoid theft or unauthorized use of credits! LMOA is not responsible for the theft or unintended use of credits. Because of how the digital check-in process is configured, we will not be able to make any other exceptions. We will be documenting all lessons learned to enhance the process for next year. Please remember, this system is new for everyone. Anticipate minor hiccups and be patient with one another and with the staff.
What if we own more than one property? Good question! Regardless of how many properties you own, you’ll still receive a maximum of 25 credits as a primary property owner.
