  • Welcome to the Building For Equity Mentorship Program
Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor with Building For Equity, a transformative initiative powered by Girls For Technology.

We are always looking for passionate professionals and business leaders who are eager to support early-stage women entrepreneurs—women from historically underestimated communities who are building scalable ventures in e-commerce, SaaS, and tech-enabled services.

These founders span all ages and backgrounds, but they share one thing in common: they're ready to grow, and they need experienced voices in their corner.

    That’s where you come in.

We’re seeking mentors with skills in areas such as:

    -Business planning & model refinement
    -Go-to-market strategy
    -Financial planning & forecasting
    -Marketing & customer acquisition
    -Branding & storytelling
    -Technical development & product roadmap

By sharing your time and expertise, you can make a direct, lasting impact while also expanding your network, leadership skills, and community connections.

Whether you're mentoring one-on-one, speaking on panels, or opening doors through your network, there’s a place for you here.

Interested in mentoring or getting your business involved?
Complete the interest form below so we can learn more about your background, expertise, and how you'd like to contribute.

We can’t wait to welcome you into the Building For Equity community.
