  • The Empowerment Congress Government Reform and Accountability Working Group (GRAWG) is organizing civic engagement activists interested in learning more about implementation of L.A. County Measure G (the election of a CEO, expansion of the Board of Supervisors, ethics reform, establishment of a Government Reform Task Force and County Charter Reform Commission) and execution and implementation of Agenda 47 and Project 2025 (the Trump Administration's unilateral attempts to refashion the federal government). The goal is to identify concerns and express support or opposition to actions, proposals and issues of interest. The information in this survey will assist us in our organizing efforts by assessing how we might direct and deploy Working Group members.
