    GAME DUTY DESCRIPTIONS

COACH: Attend and assist during the Coaches Meeting/Player Fundamentals Clinic. This assures we are all on the same page, running our games efficiently and the Brayge Sports way; Rotate players every 3-4 minutes to make sure all kids have equal play time.  Encourage and support all kids.  Remove players who don't demonstrate sportsmanship (cheating, rough housing, language, etc.) We don't teach complex techniques, but keep it active and fast-paced.  This is about the kids having fun, especially if this is their first team sport experience.

CO-COACH/LINE JUDGE: Attend and assist during the Coaches Meeting/Player Fundamentals Clinic. Assist with the above job description of the Coach, but will also keep track with a whistle of any ball going out of bounds. This is to assist and allow the Ref to watch the field more closely.

REF: Attend and assist during the Coach/Ref Meeting/Player Fundamentals Clinic. Time the games (stop watch is a necessity).  Players should rotate every 3-4 minutes to ensure fair play time.  Be out on the field during game.  Watch and remove rough play.  Encourage and support all kids, no matter how they are playing.
