  • Betrayal Trauma Group Therapy Sign-Up

Betrayal trauma isn't just emotional - it deeply affects your nervous system, keeping you stuck in survival mode and disconnected from yourself. While traditional therapy can help, healing also requires community, education, and body-based techniques that retrain your nervous system and restore a sense of safety. This 6-week therapist-led virtual support group for Florida residents ($350 total) meets weekly and combines trauma education to help you understand why your body and mind are reacting the way they are, neuro-somatic techniques to regulate your nervous system and reduce emotional overwhelm, guided processing and group connection to rebuild trust in yourself and others. Support groups are proven to reduce shame, create a sense of safety, and accelerate healing in ways individual therapy alone cannot. Once a minimum number of participants have signed u, a start date will be confirmed. You don't have to go through this alone. You are worth caring for.
