Artist Entry Form for the 25th annual self-guided studio tour in and around Evergreen. Tour dates are September 19 & 20, 2026.
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES & PAYMENT IS MAY 10, 2026 (midnight)
We will be jurying in all NEW artists this year. If you were in the tour in 2025 you do not need to be juried in unless you have a new medium to be considered. All artists need to submit images so I have one for the tour book and 2 others to also be used on our website under the artist tab.
Like last year, I'm asking that you submit the form for the text and payment and email me your 3 images instead of including them on the form. Email 3 images (1 for the tourbook and 2 more for the website) to me at info@evergreenopendoorstudios.com. Let me know in this form (below) which image is for the tourbook. Please email the images as soon as possible once you've submitted your forms so I don't have to chase people down for the images.
Please note that only original artwork created by the artist and using their own reference or source images will be accepted. Works created over the top of or by modifying another person's images will NOT BE accepted, even if you've shown this type of work in prior years. We will uphold high-quality standards.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Complete the entry form below. Email 3 images to info@evergreenopendoorstudios.com
• Eligibility: All fine artists with working studios within our map area are eligible to enter this public, self-guided road tour. You must live in the map area AND/OR have your own working studio within the map area to participate.

Entries in other mediums are at the discretion of the coordinator. Decisions are final. (see http://evergreenopendoorstudios.com/map.html)
• Studios/Exhibits: The tour is primarily to give the interested public the opportunity to meet and view the artists at work in their studio, to discuss how the work is done, and to see work in progress. Completed works are shown and may or may not be for sale.
• Editing: The Coordinator/Designer reserves the right to edit artist statements and directions if required.
• Availability: Artists/helpers will be expected to be present at their studio/exhibit between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm Saturday & Sunday, working on a work in progress.
• Jury & Notification: Please make sure you have all information included with application, even if you have previously been in the tour. Jurying will be done from digital images only, thus image quality is critical. Notifications will be sent by email by the end of May, 2026.
• Participation Fee: $225.00 per artist. If you reside within our map area but plan to exhibit at another ODS artist's studio, you each will pay $225. This fee covers advertising in local publications, signage, liability insurance and liquor license for the reception as well as printing of tour books and a stipend to the tour coordinator. You may choose the option to pay by Credit Card or PayPal account or by Check. Entries must be accompanied by your payment. If you are not accepted into the tour your payment will be returned to you.
There are discount options for 2 artists in the same family, at the same location.
• Signs & Taxes: Signs are to be returned in good condition within ten days after the event. You will be charged for any signs checked out to you that are not returned. Artists are responsible for their sales and for remitting any sales tax to the appropriate authority.
• Security: Participating artists are responsible for their own security and that of their work and location. No responsibility shall attach to Open Door Studios, its coordinator, participants or volunteers in the event of damage, loss, theft or destruction of the exhibitor’s artwork or possessions, damage to structures or for participants personal safety. Exhibitors participate in the Open Studio Tour entirely at their own risk.
• Participation: Each artist is expected to attend our meetings and share in the responsibility of putting on the show. Responsibilities include: attending zoom meetings; distributing tour books, posters/flyers; putting up banners; putting up provided signage the weekend of the event; any additional volunteer needs that we decide to incorporate.
