I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and understand that participating in Ingress Retreats may require engaging in various activities, including, but not limited to, yoga sessions, guided meditation, hiking excursions, outdoor fitness classes, and wellness workshops. I recognize that these activities involve inherent risks that could lead to physical injuries, emotional distress, or other adverse effects. I accept and understand that these risks are a natural part of my participation in Ingress Retreats, and that they may arise from my own actions, the actions of other participants, or the conditions under which the activities take place.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in Ingress Retreats, including the potential for accidents or injuries resulting from the negligence of others, my own negligence, or unforeseen circumstances. Furthermore, I have taken the initiative to assess my health and fitness level before participating and confirm that I have consulted with a healthcare provider regarding my decision to engage in Ingress Retreat activities. I declare that I am in adequate physical and mental health to participate in daily activities as well as restorative practices.
In consideration of the opportunity to participate in Ingress Retreats, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Ingress Retreat organizers, instructors, facilitators, sponsors, and all affiliated personnel (hereafter referred to as “the Releasees”) from any and all claims, actions, damages, and liabilities for any personal injuries, emotional distress, or losses that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the retreat. This includes any injuries that may arise from the negligence or fault of the Releasees.
I agree to indemnify and defend the Releasees against any and all claims, actions, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my actions or inactions during the wellness retreat. This indemnification applies to claims made by myself or any third party related to my participation.
I acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes. I grant permission for my likeness to be used in any associated promotional materials, websites, and social media communications without compensation or approval.
By signing this liability waiver, I confirm that I have read and completely understand the terms and conditions presented herein. My signature below indicates that I freely and voluntarily enter into this agreement with full awareness of its legal significance.
