2025 Arts & Crafts By The Sea Rules
As a vendor, you take full responsibility for your space, and agree to release the Seaside Heights BID, the Borough of Seaside Heights, and any sponsors from any liability.
Setup - 8:30am. Start Selling - 10am.
Breakdown - 5:30pm. Off the Boardwalk by 6:30pm
1. Setup begins at 8:30am. You may not start setting up before that time unless approved for some extenuating circumstances.
2. If you are not present at your space by 9:30am, we will give it to a vendor on the waiting list.
3. You are not permitted to sell your space to another vendor. Anyone who does so will not be permitted back in the future. If you cannot make it, tell us and we will fill your space. There are no refunds for cancellations.
4. Spaces are clearly numbered on the boardwalk, and vendors must stay within their 12 x 12 space. Vendors are required to keep their spaces neat and throw away all trash properly.
5. Vendor spaces, along with a list showing the nearest streets will be sent to all, as well as a map showing all streets. You will check in with the people riding up and down the boardwalk.
6. If you bring any items not listed and approved for sale, you will be asked to remove them, or to leave the event. We look at all submissions before approving or denying vendors. All items must be handmade or homemade, there is no resale of branded items of any kind.
7. No vendor is to take down their booth prior to 5:30pm. For insurance purposes, all vendors must begin taking down their booths at 5:30pm, and be off the boardwalk by 6:30pm.
8. Vehicles MAY NOT enter the boardwalk at any time. Parking WILL NOT be provided. Vendors must park in either a paid spot using the kiosks, a paid lot, or the free lot by the bay. Parking kiosks accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard.
9. Restrooms and/or portable restrooms will be available during the event.
10. Event personnel will be available throughout the event if you need help or have any problems.
11. Liability Policy: The Seaside Heights BID, the Borough of Seaside Heights, nor any event personnel will be liable for any theft or damage of merchandise belonging to vendors. All vendors are required to submit their signed hold harmless agreement prior to the event.
12. Refund Policy: There will be no refunds given for no shows, cancellations, or weather cancellations. If you cancel payment with your bank as a way to get a refund, you will not be allowed back.
13. Rain Date: The rain dates are, Sunday June 15 & August 17 (day after regular date). We do not want vendor opinions of weather. Many have backed out because of a forecast and missed great days.
14. Cancellation: If the weather is questionable leading up to the event, or on the morning of the event, please check our social media, Exit82.com, and your email for updates. You can also call 732-830-3700, but personnel will most likely be up on the boardwalk and unable to answer.
