    RHCA will not refund any registration fees and no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Sharing, splitting, and reprinting badges are strictly prohibited.

    Event Cancellation or Postponement

    RHCA reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergencies, inclement weather, or other acts of God. In case of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule the event, and registration fees will be applied to the new date. RHCA cannot refund travel, lodging, or incidental expenses related to a canceled event. If rescheduling is not possible, RHCA will determine an appropriate refund amount after considering all circumstances and expenditures.
