This applies to participants and visitors or otherwise anyone being a part of Trailer Schnitzel @ Chelan County Expo Center.

I understand while participating in this event/activity, I may be photographed, I agree to allow my photos, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holder, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. Should you not want your photograph used, please notify us in writing no less than two weeks in advance. Include a photo of yourself for our records.
I hearby assume ALL of the risks of participating in any/all activities associated with this event, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and orgainizers of the acitivity in which I may participate and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activities. The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be constued broadly to provide release and waiver to the maximum event permissible under applicable law.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In fairness to people on the waiting list, please cancel as soon as you know that you will not be able to attend.

*Cancellations before August 1st, 2025 will be issued a refund, less a $25 administration fee. ONLY if we have a waiting list and can fill the spot from our waiting list. No refund if we cannot fill the spot.

*Cancellations between August 2nd 2025 to Sept.1st, 2025, will receive a refund ONLY if we have a waiting list and can fill the spot from our waiting list. No refund if we cannot fill the spot. A refund within this timeframe will be less an administration fee of $50.

*Cancellations after Sept. 1st, 2025 will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
