    Little Guest Event Sitters provides professional childcare services for children aged 0–10 during events such as weddings, parties, conferences, and other gatherings. Our goal is to ensure that parents enjoy their event stress-free while their children are cared for in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

  • Deluxe Activity Boxes – Available as an optional add-on for those who want engaging activities for children without babysitting services. These boxes can also be paired with our sitting service for added fun. All activity boxes will be delivered to the event location before the start time. (If you only need the activity boxes and not sitter services, please do not add sitter services to your booking.)

    Payment Terms:

    A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
    Payments can be made via (Invoice Via Email) 

    Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another event date (subject to availability).

    Event Space and Enviroment: 

    At Little Guest Event Sitters, we specialize in providing childcare services exclusively at event venues. We do not offer services in private residences. The designated event space must include a door and be arranged so that children cannot see or easily access their parents. This setup helps keep children calm and focused on activities.

  • Lil Guest Event Sitters – Activity Box Policy

    Non-Refundable Purchase – All activity box sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective upon arrival.

    Supervised Use Recommended – Activity boxes contain small parts and craft materials. Adult supervision is advised for young children.

    Customization & Special Requests – Custom-themed boxes are available upon request. Please allow extra processing time for personalized orders.

    Shipping & Delivery – Boxes are shipped within 5-7 days after the order is placed. Delivery times may vary based on location.

    Allergy Disclaimer – Some materials may contain latex, glue, or other common allergens. Please notify us of any allergies before ordering.

    Event Orders – Bulk orders for events must be placed at least 2 Weeks in advance to ensure availability.
