Summer Basketball & Science Camp
Carlsbad Christian is thrilled to welcome students of all abilities to our summer Basketball & Science Camp June 23-27. Our camps are open to all children: whether you're a Breaker, a sibling, a future student or just a community member, we'd love to see you on the court and/or within our classrooms! Our camps are run by experienced grade school and high school basketball coaches and teachers, as well as high school and college basketball players.

The cost is $50 if the camper attends BOTH the basketball and science sessions. If the camper only particpates in ONE session, the cost is $30. Each camp session is limited to 40 participants.

Please send your child in appropriate athletic attire, with a water bottle and sunscreen! If attending both sessions, your camper should come with their own lunch and beverage. There will be an hour break beteen the sessions for lunch.

If you have multiple campers, we do ask that you fill this out seperately per camper. Thank you.

Parental Consent and Waiver of Liability

By signing below, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby give my consent for my child(ren) to attend and be under the care of Beautiful Saviour Lutheran Church and Carlsbad Christian Academy. I understand and acknowledge that Beautiful Saviour Lutheran Church and Carlsbad Christian Academy and its staff will exercise due care and caution in providing supervision and care for my child(ren) during their time at on campus. However, I recognize that no environment is without risk, and I hereby waive and release Beautiful Saviour Lutheran Church and Carlsbad Christian Academy, its staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my child(ren)’s participation in activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This child has my permission to participate in Carlsbad Christian's Summer Basketball and Science Camp. I consent to take all responsibility concerning my child’s physical condition during the camp. Because there is always the possibility of accident or injury, I also authorize the camp leaders to seek emergency medical attention for my child if needed.

I further acknowledge that I am responsible for informing Beautiful Saviour Lutheran Church and Carlsbad Christian Academy of any special medical needs or concerns regarding my child(ren), and I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary.
