TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The turnaround time for providing travel options and/or estimates can take up to 72 hours

The final due date provided can't be changed or extended.
- For trips with a departure date less than 30-45 days from the booking date, the full amount will need to be paid at the time of booking.

- Quoted prices are subject to change until a deposit is made to secure the price.

- When making a deposit, everyone under the same reservation must pay their deposit on the same day.

- After your deposit is paid, any changes to your reservation will incur a change fee (flight, stay, etc.).

- Travel insurance is highly recommended but not mandatory. If you opt not to include this in your booking, you accept the risk of losing some or all of your money if you need to cancel.

- Any hotel-imposed fees paid at check-in/check-out are determined by the hotel. Any issues regarding incidental fees should be addressed directly with the hotel.

- By choosing non-refundable options, you acknowledge the risk of losing your money if you have to cancel.
