Thank you for submitting your membership suspension request. Please READ the below and complete all required fields to ensure your request is processed correctly.

Important Notes:
- Membership payment suspensions can ONLY be actioned on the date your weekly membership is charged, not midway through. Eg you are charged on a Tuesday - your suspension starts on a Tuesaday to the following Tuesday.
- A minimum of one week's notice is required.
- A maximum of 6 weeks is permitted in a calendar year.
- Suspensions come in weekly blocks. Mindbody can not accept part weeks.
- Passport allows 6 FREE sessions at any participating studio in the world and is free for all unlimited members should you choose not to suspend.
