BACKGROUND
The Regional Land Use Strategy (RLUS) sets out a high-level direction for land use and development in the Cradle Coast region. It impacts everything from housing and infrastructure to environmental protection and economic growth.
- How can we create vibrant and liveable towns and communities?
- How do we balance growth with protecting our environment?
How do we manage natural hazards and prepare for a changing climate?
The RLUS will shape where and how we live, work, and play for years. Your voice matters—this is your chance to make an impact!
Please note:
- The survey asks questions beyond the scope the RLUS can directly address but is nonetheless important during consultation to understand our region, and identify things of particular importance to our communities.
- RMCG, SGS, and the Cradle Coast Authority will use the data gathered in this survey to prepare the Regional Land Use Strategy directions paper. Demographic details will allow us to report statistics about which sections of the community contributed their thoughts. Your individual response will remain private and confidential.
- Your email address is requested if you want to be informed about the project's progress If you do not have an email address, there is a field to provide your mailing address.
